Has the quality of conversations at cafes gotten better? I almost never eavesdrop as I tend to be locked in to the screen of my laptop, but at least twice in the last two days I’ve overheard really interesting tech conversations, by people who actually understand what they’re talking about.
Hiking yesterday in Muskoka. Feeling ambivalent about this coming winter, my eighth here in Ontario. May be ready for a year off from winter, a sabbatical from the many months of snow and cold, however much I appreciate living in a place with the full range of seasons.
